OrkaSleep manufactures Pillows, Mattress, Mattress Protectors, Duvets and other Sleep Accessories. OrkaSleep has an extensive manufacturing base of producing all the sleep products in house. Automatic Bale opening Machine with capacity of 1 Lac Fiber Pillows a month ensures Quality Filling for Pillows. At OrkaSleep we are home to over 100 OEM Brands for which we make pillows. Vacuum pressing machine ensures fiber pillows can be compressed for easier shipping. 

OrkaSleep has its own Foam production unit that can manufacture both Molded and PU Foams in house. It helps us to control specs, quality and speed of our operation.
